When we don't take time to process and sort through our grief it piles up and we feel stuck in depression

Dates: Nov 29th, Dec 6th & Dec 13th, Wednesdays 6:30pm to 8:30pm EST
Location: In-Person at Studioplex Lofts Atlanta or Online zoom

Three 2 hr group workshops exploring the reasons and purpose behind Grief and Depression including

  • Community connection. Feel seen and heard by a circle who understands where you are

  •  Somatic movement, Where is my body holding Grief

  • Vagal toning practices, Self-Care practice for between the Waves

  • Time to apply the new tools, Journaling and writing prompts for self discovery 

  • Series also includes a private coaching session with instructor about your personal struggle

The Purpose of Grief is to acknowledge and honor whats important to us. 

The Purpose or Depression is to slow us down so we can recreate a New routine that is in more aligned with our needs Now.
