Emotional body mapping level 1 is a prerequisite to level 2 for practitioners
This course is for practitioners and non-practitioners alike with the intention of self focus
Our goal is for participants to leave with a deeper physiological understanding of how and why emotions are held within the body
Course overview:
Elements of the Physiological and energetic functioning of the
chakra system
Fascial trains
Organ systems
Dermatome lines
Nervous system
We will review elements of the Polyvagal theory, psychological disassociating and nervous system Rehabilitation
During our nightly sessions we will practice psychosomatic movements, gather data through Journaling and have an opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded community with shared values
